Haynes completed an extensive renovation to a boutique-style hotel at the gateway to Newport, RI. The project featured a complete redesign of the lobby, 195 updated guest rooms, and the introduction of modern amenities, including a full-service restaurant, café, and fitness center. Additionally, the team managed the construction of an outdoor pool and pool shack, ensuring the creation of a high-quality, functional space for relaxation. The team also completed the build-out of two versatile meeting and event spaces, delivering the infrastructure necessary to accommodate both corporate and leisure functions.
