Arcadian Hotel
Haynes executed this hotel renovation project involving a comprehensive overhaul of 230 guest rooms and bathrooms, as well as the atrium and lobby, all carried out in multiple phases to minimize disruption to operations. The scope of work included the demolition and refurbishment of various public spaces, alongside the construction of 35 brand-new guest rooms.
