Haynes was selected for the renovation of the 128-key Residence Inn Burlington. Improvements included structural upgrades, tile flooring repairs, and replacement of the exterior panel system. All work was performed while the hotel was occupied, with meticulous planning to ensure the guest experience was not disrupted.
