Haynes completed the transformation of a 20,000-square-foot former laboratory and equipment manufacturing facility into a modern classroom, office, and technical training center for New England Tractor Trailer Training School (NETTTS). The scope of work included upgrades to the building envelope, HVAC, electrical systems, flooring, and interior finishes, along with the construction of new classroom and office spaces. Strategic reuse of select existing building components was incorporated throughout the project to maximize value while maintaining the facility's performance, functionality, and long-term durability.
