Meet Jenn, one of our Assistant Project Managers.

Here are a few things about Jenn to help you get to know her a little better:

  1. Why did you decide a career in construction was for you?
    Life always works in funny ways. I was an early education teacher for over 15 years and never would I have expected to say that I would be working in commercial construction, but life works in funny ways. I love this field so much that I always joke fate decided for me.

  2. What were your biggest fears when you started out?
    My biggest fear was how my initial inexperience in the construction field would hinder my ability to be a valuable asset to my team. Thankfully, my work family was open, inviting and incredibly supportive. Plus, there’s always Google.

  3. What is your favorite thing about working for Haynes Group?
    I love that I never have the same day twice. I am not chained to a desk and the amazing people I get to be “in the trenches” with on the daily.

  4. What advice would you give another woman looking to start her career in the construction industry?

    What are you waiting for?
