Abe’s Garage
We partnered with CME Architects for a full renovation of an existing warehouse in Brockton, MA. Certain design aspects featured throughout the space pay homage to famous racecars. The 36,000 square foot space also features new overhead doors, a refreshed exterior, and brand new polished concrete floor. For more information on this project head to our industrial projects page.
The Farmer’s Daughter
Together with Phase Zero Design, we transformed an existing end-cap space for the new Farmer’s Daughter restaurant in Sudbury, MA. This full-service restaurant and bar features multiple dining locations, a back-of-house with a kitchen, food preparation station, dishwashing areas, and refrigerated storage. Sociedad Latina
The 122 year building that Sociedad Latina, a non-profit organization and integral part of the Roxbury community, has called home for decades was recently updated by our team and Studio Luz Architects. From structural framing to moving glass partitions, exterior patio updates and façade work, we couldn’t be happier with the final result.
The Arcadian Hotel
Our team in partnership with Group One Partners transformed this existing hotel into a modern, stylish getaway. The new space features 230 newly renovated guestrooms and bathrooms, a new atrium, lobby and bar. For more information on our hospitality projects, head to our projects page.
544 Main Street
We worked closely with Dennis Swart Architects (DJSA) to transform an old bank in Weymouth, MA into a multi-tenanted medical office. We constructed a 6,000 square foot addition and built-out three tenant spaces for Plymouth ENT, Advanced Dental, and South Shore Sleep Diagnostics.
