56 Roland Street

The former HP Hood Milk Processing Plant was redeveloped into a multi-tenant commercial space. Work included elevator modernization, customized tenant fit-outs, skylight replacement, upgraded finishes, new plumbing, and construction of a fitness center. The project preserved the building's industrial character while introducing modern systems and amenities to support a flexible, tenant-ready environment.
