Haynes led a multi-phased campus renovation program to modernize more than 500,000 square feet to serve a diverse set of tenant needs, including workplace and corporate interiors, manufacturing, and technology. The program encompassed base building upgrades and tenant improvement projects that included lobbies, restaurants, fitness centers, and construction of pedestrian bridges.
