Haynes Group, Inc. completed a renovation of the common space amenities — club room, laundry room, reception area, mailrooms, and lobby — performed in multiple phases in an occupied 200-unit apartment building. Parkside Place in Cambridge, MA, has improved interiors that reflect a modern yet comfortable space for its residents. The new Club Room features a lounge with a fireplace, library, media rooms, kitchen/dining area, and conference room. Great detail was given to the finishes — handsomely crafted millwork, chemetal lining the bookshelves, high-end wallpaper, lighting, and furnishings resulted in a truly beautiful project.
