Haynes completed a multi-phase renovation of common spaces and apartments in a fully occupied, 100-year-old, 54-unit building in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood. The project included new amenities in the lower level, such as a lounge, fitness center, think tank, management offices, and laundry room, along with entrances, a glass-enclosed atrium skylight, a new roof, exterior sidewalks, and fire escape reconstruction. A 7-stop elevator and an ADA lift were installed, along with electrical and fire alarm upgrades and ADA renovations for two units.
