Fuchs Lubricants
Haynes completed the design-build delivery of Fuchs Lubricants’ new 117,000-square-foot research and development headquarters and warehousing facility in the Northeast. The project included advanced R&D laboratories, manufacturing and processing areas, administrative offices, collaborative workspaces, and integrated warehouse and distribution operations. Haynes also planned and executed the phased relocation of the client’s laboratory, processing, and manufacturing equipment, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal operational disruption. To support the facility’s specialized operations, the project included major utility and infrastructure upgrades, including a new 3,000-amp, 480-volt electrical service, power distribution, process gases, and building systems.
