Dating back to 1682, the Riverbend Mill has gone through various changes and renovations, most recently by Haynes Group.
We renovated the base building to provide blank canvases for future tenants, updated the lobby with expansive ceilings and elevator access, installed new windows and sweeps, and restored the original hardwood floor and exposed brick.
