Haynes managed the adaptive reuse of a former bank into an outpatient medical facility. The project involved a 6,000-square-foot addition and the build-out of an ENT urgent care center, endocrinology offices, dental/orthodontics, and a sleep lab. Scope included patient care rooms and private offices, installation of all medical equipment, and construction of the building envelope including the assembly of new walls, roof, windows, and doors.
