Haynes Group completed the full build-out of this space, including furnishing and installing MEPs to maintain the production area. The team constructed new public restrooms, a main bar, game room, and taproom, all featuring new lighting, flooring, millwork, and numerous finishes that bring the space to life. One unique aspect is the large signage located at the back of the main bar, designed to grab the attention of those walking on the boardwalk.
