Haynes Group successfully completed this dealership renovation while the facility remained fully operational, allowing day-to-day business to continue without interruption. The project included the construction of a new vehicle delivery portal, renovations to the sales floor, sales managers' offices, and restrooms, as well as the removal and replacement of 20,000 square feet of concrete slab within the active service center. Upgraded lighting, fresh paint, new tile, and custom millwork transformed the space into a modern, refreshed environment while enhancing both the customer and employee experience.
