As the Construction Manager, we were tasked with taking the former Philips Lightolier manufacturing facility and transforming it to a high bay warehouse space with a 20,000 square foot supporting office space.

Despite numerous challenges from environmental remediation, ledge removal, and structural issues, we delivered the project ahead of tenant move-in and under budget.
