Haynes Group rebranded the 80’s style split entry office building with the goal of building the client a new headquarter office as well as three additional office tenant improvements.

Scope included removing the existing steel structure of the mid-level building entrance, excavating, laying new foundation, constructing a new steel structure, metal panel, and glass facade, new ribbon window, painting the building, and installing 80 tons of HVAC.
